Our goal is to provide our customers with high quality products.  However, if you have a quality concern, please send us an email with the following information within seven (7) days of product delivery:

• EMAIL TO:  contactus@hilltopgraffix.com
• EMAIL SUBJECT:  Quality Concern
• EMAIL ATTACHMENTS:  Pictures of your product depicting your concern and a copy of your invoice
• EMAIL BODY:  First and Last Name, Date of Purchase, Order Number, and a detailed explanation of your concern

Yes!  We'd love to hear about your project.  Please email us at contactus@hilltopgraffix.com with the details of your request and phone number.  A member of our team will contact you with pricing and turnaround time. 

Yes!  If you have graffix that you would like to use for our products, please send us an email at contactus@hilltopgraffix.com.  Emails should include description of your request and a copy of the image(s) you would like to use.  A member of our team will contact you with pricing and turnaround time.

PLEASE NOTE:  Minimum setup fee of $25 will apply and additional graffix services may be required to ensure quality.  High resolution or vector art preferred.
